The founder of this company saw that people had basically three options when it came to purchasing water treatment equipment.

The founder believed that those three options were not in the average consumer’s best interest. The internet has everything and anything. Which one do you choose? Our Certified Water Specialist helps you through the information highway and helps you choose a system at a decent reasonable price.

The Big Box Stores usually sold equipment that was the cheapest to manufacture and would often lead customers down a path of equipment misapplication. In fact, one of the number one complaints from Big Box customers involves lack of knowledge with water equipment. Even worse than the Big Box Stores, are the In Home Sales Dealers. Some of your Home Centers are sending you to them when you ask for information at the store.

Some In Home Sales Dealers offer gimmicks to get into your house and then pressure you to purchase a system. The dealers would employ all tactics not to leave your house until a sale was made.

As an alternative to these deplorable options, we believe in providing quality products at a decent reasonable price. You get quality water for your home or travels. We showcase the different lines of equipment, offer water testing, and professional advice. We are an Independent Water Dealer which enables us to pick the best equipment for your water problem and all systems are reviewed by a Water Quality Association Certified Water Specialist VI. The representatives are courteous, patient, and professional. These are not the inexperienced employee or high pressured salesman. The concept was to provide the customer enough information to make an educated decision.

In our 21 years of installing equipment, I found it amazing how a salesperson would sell a common water softener for 4 to 5 times what it cost. It is amazing that people call me after they have bought from the Internet and question the effectiveness of there water system. Everybody calls us after they have bought at the box store.

All water systems do require service after the sale. All water treatment systems do not work the same. The difference is the support after the sale, certified personal and proper application of system.
